Descripción del producto Out With the Old & In With the New Voodoo Floss helps break up intramuscular junk to improve mobility and blood supply. Squeezing the muscle and forcing it through a full range of motion (ROM) breaks up scar tissue, lactic acid and other junk in those places that foam rolling and lacrosse ball techniques can’t address. Only leave the Voodoo floss on for max two minutes. Healing & Cleansing Power Releasing the band washes blood through the muscle; this brings nutrients for growth and healing and clears the junk you just broke up. This can aid the healing of strained tissue. For swollen areas, you want to promote lymphatic drainage by wrapping the band half as tight as normal and gently go through your ROM - ie. a compression massage with physical manoeuvring. Stretch Those Hard to Stretch Places To work shoulders, wrists, ankles and elbows, wrap 1 or 2 bands tightly around the joint and put it through ROM: eg. push-ups, PVC pass-throughs, squats, lunges etc. For knees, wrap one band above and one below the joint, then do some squats.
