How to Wrap Although self-wrapping is possible, it is recommended to have your coach or training partner wrap you for maximum benefit. Always start with your knee locked, flexed and straight as possible Start below the kneecap and always pull outward.Wrap tightly and cover half the strap as you work your way up the knee, stopping 4-6 inches above the kneecap.Finish wrapping by tucking the end under the last revolution and pull tight.
