Set aside ¼ of them. Place the rest in a pot and pour in the milk and cream. Heat over medium-high heat until the candy is completely dissolved, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and set aside until slightly cooled. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until well mixed. Slowly pour the candy mixture in and once it’s all blended place the entire mixture back on medium-high heat and stir until the temperature reaches 195 degrees. Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish and place in the refrigerator until completely cooled.
