Coloca el talón y la parte delantera del pie a la misma distancia del suelo para fomentar una forma adecuada y de bajo impacto a lo largo de tu trayecto. El compuesto de retorno de energía se asienta directamente debajo del pie para reducir el impacto del suelo y añadir un resorte a cada paso.
