I'm a 34C and the large was great. I do sometimes wear 34D if it's padded, to give a good example. I love that it can be adjusted from 3 different places. the middle bow pulls you together for a great push-up look. cups are a bit stiff but I'm sure that improves with use. I was even able to tuck the bow into the cups for a different look, and couldn't even feel it, very comfortable and looked great. overall very cute, maybe runs a teensy bit small so keep that in mind. I was maybe expecting ever so slightly better coverage on the sides, but it really just depends how covered you want to look. it was negligible. overall great product. can't wait to use on my upcoming cruise! It has light padding throughout the cup with slightly more along the bottom & side for a nice boost .The tie in the front is the best part because you can give yourself more or less cleavage. It is a bit stiff as someone said in the reviews but helloo your trying to pretend you have boobs who cares if its stiff. Its not uncomfortably stiff or anything. So cute love the tie in the front.
