We ordered a small and it fit quite well - had to have about 6 inches chopped off the bottom though. She's only 5 feet tall and this dress was way too longI am 5'4"; 37-29-38,133 lbs. I would have ordered a size large; but I read a review of this dress which stated one buyer was 140 lbs, and the medium fit her perfectly. That review gave me the info I needed to make the correct decision as my size.I'm 53, 185 5'7" with a middle aged 41-42" bust, 38" waist and bubble behind , .. . . This dress fit beautifully. I normally wear a size 12, but followed the sizing chart and ordered XL.
